Do I need a website first?
No. Many shops start with one of our website packages and add the booking system at the same time — it can all launch together.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes — phone bookings are entered in the same dashboard and share the same calendar, so an online guest can never take a slot you've already promised by phone.
What if my services, prices or staff change?
You can edit treatments, prices, staff and schedules yourself in the dashboard. Bigger changes are covered by our optional care plans — or just ask us.
How long does setup take?
