Stackhouse began as a weekend pop-up with one flat-top and a six-item menu. The line kept growing, so we found a small corner shop and kept the same promise: cook from scratch, keep it friendly and never let an order sit under a heat lamp.
Today, we’re still owner-operated and still happiest when the dining room is loud, the griddle is full and someone orders one more round of fries for the table.
